Temperature durability test Place under non-lighting condition ¡Á ¡Ì
Break over performance test Impulse aging for 100min at priming grid voltage, when filament voltage is 1.4 times of rated voltage ¡Á ¡Ì
Environment test High temperature placing Place in constant temperature box (¡À80¡À10¡æ) for 72h under non-lighting condition ¡Ì ¡Ì
Low temperature placing Place in constant temperature box (¡À40¡À10¡æ) for 72h under non-lighting condition ¡Ì ¡Ì
Thermal shock Place under non-lighting condition ¡Ì ¡Ì
Temperature placement Place in constant temperature box (¡À40¡À5¡æ) of relative humidity 90-95% for 96h under non-lighting condition ¡Ì ¡Ì
Physical performance test Vibration (1) Under non-lighting condition, when full vibration is 1.5mm and cycle vibration is 10-50Hz, cycle is 1 min, vibrate 2h respectively in X, Y and Z directions ¡Ì ¡Ì
Vibration (2) Under non-lighting condition, when acceleration is 4g and cycle vibration is 55-200Hz, vibrate 2h respectively in X, Y and Z directions ¡Á ¡Ì
Impact Under non-lighting condition, when max. speed is 100g, acting time is 6ms half sinusoid, impact 3 times respectively in X, X, Y, Y, Z, Z directions ¡Ì ¡Ì
Pin welding performance (1) Moisten for 5s in solder bath (230¡À10¡æ) ¡Ì ¡Ì
Pin welding performance (2) Place in oven (280¡À10¡æ) for 30¡À5s ¡Ì ¡Ì
Pin strength Continuously 4 times bend the welding area with 250g force, then restore ¡Ì ¡Ì
